Using Our Menu System

Our menu system is contained in a "frame" on the left hand side of your browser window. It looks like this:

The system is easy to use - all you need do is move the mouse pointer over the item you are interested in (at the left of the browser window) and the item your mouse pointer is over will be highlighted (it really gets a grey background). This lets you know where you are in the menu.

If there are more items associated with the menu item you have your mouse pointer over, then a sub-menu containing the additional items will appear.

You can move your mouse pointer into the sub-menu (be careful not to let the mouse pointer move outside of the submenu or it will be hidden) and once again, any item your mouse pointer hovers over will be highlighted:

You select the item highlighted simply by pressing the left mouse button.  Then you will see the page which you selected appear in the right hand frame in your browser. If you make a mistake, don't worry, be happy, and try it again.

We recommend that you have a play around with the menu until you feel comfortable with using it.  Then you can move through our website quickly and efficiently.

Go on - have a bit of a play now!

PS:  You can see this screen by clicking on the Navigation Help item in the menu or by clicking on the Navigation Button at the top of your browser screen.
