Dear Sir/Madam
On behalf of the cadets and staff at 802SQN of the Australian Air Force Cadets I would like to thank you for your kind contribution to our recent trip to Gallipoli for Anzac Day 2006. This was a huge project to work towards and we could not have made the trip without your support and assistance.
The trip was 9 days in all with 12 cadets from 802, 801 and 803 Squadron participating. Our group also consisted of staff of 802 and 803 Squadron and some parents. We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our opportunity to visit and learn more of our Australian War History.
Without your contribution our trip (and lifelong memories) could not have succeeded and we would like to take this opportunity to once again say “thank you” for your generosity.
Regards David Lines FSGT (AAFC) CO 802S

ANZAC DAY
20th June
Dear Janice
I have been meaning to write since my return from the fantastic Turkey Tour 2004. This tour was above and beyond my expectations and will live in my memory forever. I was fortunate to travel with a lovely group of people, and having Dennis as our Tour Manager and Yavus as our Turkish Guide was the icing on the cake, so to speak. These two men certainly know their stuff.
The service I had from day one, i.e. booking, enquiries etc, to transfer to Istanbul airport for my homeward journey was first class. Thank you.
Thanks also for brochures etc. received yesterday.
Enclosed is my Travel Club application form.
I have been singing the praises of Made Easy Tours to friends and family.
All the best, Janice

ANZAC DAY
17th May 2005
Dear John
Having just returned from your tour “Anzac Day Highlights of Turkey” I thought I would send you a letter re my comments on the trip.
Firstly I must commend yourself and your company for your organisational abilities. Everything was so well organised from the hotels (good accommodation), the food,(nice and tasty), the bus drivers (excellent, made you feel safe), the guide, (very friendly and informative), the locations and attractions we visited, (very eye opening), Gallipoli itself, (Lone Pine & Anzac Cover very emotional experiences – made you feel proud to be an aussie).
I again thank you for making my trip both memorable and enjoyable. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone and have already done so.
All the very best for the future.
Yours faithfully, Peter

Dear Janice,
How's things with you?
Thought I would drop you a line to say thanks from Ross & I for all you did with regard to Fran & her 'last-minute' decision to go to Gallipoli from her job in Germany. We realize how late our inquiry was & how you & your team went out of your way to fit her in to an already established itinerary. Thank you for that.
Fran seems to have had an awesome time on the tour. She has told us that she found Turkey a fascinating place & of course, wants to go back. I think she was blown away by the cultural contrasts & very moved by the Dawn Service at Gallipoli. She didn't mind being with 'older' people at all, & in fact quite enjoyed their company.
Thanks again for your care & concern, and all the best with future tours.
Diana, Brisbane.

Hello to you all at 'Made Easy',
On behalf of my wife Lorraine and myself, please let me offer our heartfelt thanks for a most enjoyable visit to Turkey in April. It exceeded our expectations and rates very highly with any of other trips we have enjoyed.
The Nash Group were one happy lot of friendly folk who seemed to enjoy each other's company immensely throughout the complete journey. The wit and humour was shared by all for the whole duration and will be long remembered by us both.
Much of the success was no doubt due to those in control of this happy group, namely Denis McCarthy, ably assisted by Danielle, our Turkish guide Ayca and not forgetting our skillful driver Mustapha. The qualities of those mentioned was of the highest order and the advice and expert commentary provided by both Denis and Ayca was absorbed willingly by all. Their knowledge and
explanations at the many venues left nothing to be desired. Nothing was a trouble.
It was so rewarding to share Gallipoli and to visit first hand the actual places the names of which have become part of the Anzac vocabulary. The Dawn Service followed by the Service at Lone Pine were lifetime experiences.
Particularly moving was my visit to the grave at Lone Pine of 493 Pte Harry C Bourne 2nd Battalion KIA 25/05/1915. He was my mother's cousin.
To have been invited on the previous day, to assist in the reading the words of 'Banjo' Patterson's "We're All Australians Now" under shady pines on a grassy knoll on The Nek and overlooking Suvla Bay, was to me, the proudest moment of my life. Here we toasted firstly all Anzacs then followed by to individual toasts to lost relatives. This was enjoyed with an Australian Merlot.
The singing of The National Anthem followed by "Waltzing Matilda"led by the rich voice of Gordon Plate is implanted in our memory, indelibly.
Once again permit me to thank you all for a memorable tour, so very well conducted and so ably led.
Kind Regards,
Keith and Lorraine, Sydney.

Dear All at Made Easy Tours
Thank you for your kind correspondence of May 9. Imelda and I are safely ensconced back home at down town Harbord. We thoroughly enjoyed our adventures to Turkey, Libya and Egypt.
Gallipoli was an emotional journey for me as my father landed there with the 1st AIF on 25th April 1915. He lived to say very little about it. I can only imagine the horrors he must have gone through.
For Imelda a miracle occurred when she found her uncles grave at Knightsbridge Cemetery Tobruk. It was meant to happen I guess. Her family cannot believe it.
Apart from visiting these and other sites of sadness and madness the whole tours were excellent. Snow in Cappadocia, sunshine on the Mediterranean, ancient ruins in many places, sleeping in the Sahara etc etc. Just great.
May we give a very special thanks to Sue and Denis for their support and most informative guidance whilst on these tours.
Yours sincerely,
Barry & Imelda

Dear Sir/Madam,
I wish to thank Made Easy Tours for two excellent well-run tours which met all my expectations. Tour Manager Sue kept both tours running smoothly – even when sickness struck – and ensured a harmonious and happy atmosphere prevailed throughout. Danielle also ably assisted Sue in Belgium/France. Both guides in Turkey and in Belgium/France were very good value, blended in well with their respective groups and worked well with Sue.
It was a bonus to have the spare seats on the buses, as were the on-board drinks and toilet. The drivers on the tours are excellent.
The pre-tour information supplied was very useful. Overall I found the itineraries to be well balanced. Not having to leave Arromanches too early on the last morning was sensible, and appreciated, given the long flight home later that day.
Obviously much planning and work goes into these tours. I have recommended them to my travel agent.
Yours faithfully,
Rick

Dear Ms Janice Burt,
We have arrived home to South Australia after our Somme tour.
Firstly Sue (our escort) was very good at her job and made everyone feel at ease and assisted whenever she had to.
Our driver was a very good driver making us feel comfortable while travelling, he also mixed with the group and was very well liked.
Leaving the best until last is our Battlefields guide - a wealth of knowledge and the ability to pass it on to us in a way that could be understood.
Went to places off the normal tourist routes. A much different guide to my last trip when I had a professor of history lead us in the area. I have now found the nearest spot I was looking for regarding my Uncle's death.
I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone who would be looking to go to that area.
Regards,

HI to all from your organisation who made the trip to Gallipoli a great experience for us. We struggled at times but never gave in! Special thanks to Howard (our escort) for putting up with a couple of vets whose best years are behind us. In the past in Aust we sometimes have not been treated as well as Howard treated us. Our heartfelt thanks to him.
Long will we remember Artillery Hill, that day we both wished that we were 19 year old conscripts in 3 RAR again but thanks to all, you did your company and yourselves proud.
Good luck for the future
PS – we have already told the members of our RSL who to travel with.

What a wonderful trip to Turkey, really enjoyed myself. Can’t speak highly enough about it. I’ve now had an invite to the Decommissioning of HMAS Ipswich and HMAS Townsville after 25 years of service. I get to put the medals on again, but this time in a lounge suite and not cold weather gear as we did a couple of weeks ago.
Many thanks for all you did, especially our little service on 24/4. Keep in touch.

BATTLEFIELDS OF THE WESTERN FRONT
31 July 2007
I must apologise for not having written sooner with regard to my visit to France and the World War 1 and Normandy battlefields in April/May 2007.
Firstly, having been transferred to your company from Battlefields Tours in South Australia was a surprise and my concerns were heightened that I would not see what I had originally intended when first making the booking. Can I say this never eventuated and I am sure I saw more than I could have hoped for, especially with our guide having a vast amount of knowledge and experience, made the tour most interesting and informative.
The logistics were excellent and it was clear that Sue, with her experience, made the tour run as though no problems ever eventuated, although of course this went unseen to the likes of me. Everyone was friendly and joined in when the social side of the tour was pursued. This can be put down to Sue and Danielle and their attention to detail.
Where appropriate would you please pass on my best wishes to all concerned and my apologies for not having acknowledged them earlier.
I cannot say that another opportunity will arise where I was able to travel again with Made Easy Tours but be assured if an occasion arises where I can recommend your company I will do so.
May I wish you all the very best for the future and for your continued success.
Yours sincerely, Ray, HAMERSLEY, QLD.

Dear Janice
Thanks for the parcel of goodies in Siem Reap. It was very thoughtful of you. We had a great two days exploring the temples. Banteay Srei is lovely, the carving is amazing. As you know we are temple freaks - others may find the hour drive to get there and the small size of the temple disappointing. I think it is great you are extending the tour to include more time at Siem Reap. There is so much to see. We have sorted through our photos (62 rolls in all) of our trip. It reminds me to tell you how much we appreciated the caring, non-judgemental attitude of the tour leaders and the great organisation throughout the trip.
Best wishes, Elizabeth and Dave

So thank you so much for absolutely everything you made our (mine) Egypt dream come true.

Dear John
On behalf of Dimity and me, I would like to sincerely thank you for the sterling job you performed as our multi-skilled Travel Agent, Tour Guide, Interpreter, Confidante etc on our recent trip to Libya and Egypt.
The experience for us was profound, firstly to travel to two such culturally, historically and geographically different environments from our own, but also to walk over the battlefield sites where both our fathers had fought.
The Libyan component was refreshingly enlightening. After all the bad press the destination gets and doomsday predictions by concerned relatives and friends, its hard to believe that this previously presented pariah of a Nation may actually be run now by a new type of “benevolent” dictator.
Regardless, we had a great “safe” adventure. The important point for me is that I will be able to describe the battle areas with more credibility.
Thanks you also for your leadership and professionalism during the trip. We always felt you had situations well in hand and we were secure with your judgement.
At another level, we were always grateful you could magically produce food at a minutes notice – and good food too! And we like how you handled the group dynamics; always a challenge surely with so many “eccentrics” on board.
Once again, many thanks for a most memorable holiday.
Regards, Peter and Dimity P.S. I’ll invite you to a launch of “The Last Man” my Tobruk and El Alamein book.

Dear John and Janice
I have been meaning to write you both this short letter ever since returning home from the Middle East – better late than never they say!!
We both thoroughly enjoyed the trip, particularly Libya. The highlight for me was the Sahara desert trip and of course, El Alamein. For Bob it was the Tobruk battlefields.
I also want to thank you John for taking me to the Spice Bazaar, and helping with the gold buying. The gold chains which I bought were just perfect for what I wanted. It was only after I set out all my purchases that I realised I would have came home empty-handed if you hadn’t been somewhere on the sideline saying “that would look nice”. Thank you for that.
Thank you once again for a wonderful trip.
Kindest Regards, Dot and Bob

LIBYA EGYPT
20th June 2006
Dear John
I have finally made the effort to write about my tour experiences and to thank you for all the efforts to make the tour a resounding success.
Firstly, I must thank the staff for their efforts to ensure that I, in fact, made the tour. I was the last of about 20 passengers still waiting to board.
Next, your efforts to placate my inhibitions were confirmed. We were all good travellers, happy to share the ups and downs that are inevitable in such an extensive tour. This was, no doubt, partly due to the compactness of the group.
I felt that the tour leader, Dennis McCarthy, was first class. Always the “diplomat” all the miscellaneous circumstances to cope with! His guidance and knowledge of the war history was fascinating and added meaning to that aspect of the tour. Seeing the ground over which the war was fought brought reality to the hardship of our Soldiers.
The Libyan guide and his assistants could not do enough for us. The were part of the family, worked like slaves and did a wonderful job in organising our picnic lunches.
Muftah astounded me on his vast knowledge of Greek mythology and Roman history. The diversity of our assistants was demonstrated in the sand sea where their desert skills were tested by loose sand and the success of a hot desert meal! It was an emotional farewell at the Egyptian border.
Our Egyptian guide, Mrs Imam, was also very knowledgable in archaeology, Egyptian history and culture and was a vigorous proponent of Islam and its relationship to Christianity. She had an outgoing personality, a sense of humour and a continual desire to please. Our bus driver was first class. In view of the traffic density (three solid lanes of traffic everywhere!) I was happy to place my life in his hands.
Thank you for a great tour. Bert

A very belated thankyou for the organisation of the trip to Gallipoli, Libya and travel to the UK, Dubai and return to Perth. Had a fantastic time, really enjoyed the layback in Emirates and the benefits that went with the business class fare.
Tour leaders and guides always very professional and hotels good. Thanks a load, would heartily recommend your company to others and can’t wait to go back to Turkey and do an indepth tour.
Again many thanks, Lesley, DIANELLA, WA

Hi Janice
We have just got back from the trip to India and then time in Taipei.
I just wanted to let you know that all went very well. Your person got in touch with us and all the tickets etc. arrived as did the cars, drivers and guides when expected. The only hiccup was in Jodhpur where we arrived two hours late and no car, but this was the fault of the company involved as there was miscommunication between their office and the one in Jaipur. Your girl (I have thrown it all away now and can’t remember her name) arranged a free transfer to the airport at Jodhpur in compensation. She also sprung a free transfer to Delhi airport at the end of the trip which was nice.
I know you were hesitant about the hotels as we had chosen them. The only one which was no good was the one in Jodhpur which we had not vetted, as our first choice was full. It was the Shree Ram and was a dump.
We will probably return and do the southern parts at some stage.
All the best for Christmas and 2007. Kind regards, Mike
INDIA NEPAL TOUR 2006/7Dear Neil,
I do apologise for not finding the time to write before this but I would like to
thank you most sincerely for all your efforts on our trip. It certainly was a
memorable experience - probably the most challenging of any overseas travel I
have done, but because of this, stimulating and thought provoking!
For what would have been a very exacting and stressful 3 weeks for you in more ways than one, at no time did you show anything but patience, politeness and a genuine quiet sense of humour.
Also I would like to say that I thought the components of Made Easy Tours were fabulous with a great mix of the must see, along with the human interest things as well.
I have caught up with Ros and Graham on 2 occasions and am sure we will continue to be great friends over the years with lots of shared experiences to relive. I have also spoken to Liz who was such fun on the trip.
Hopefully we may catch up again on yet another tour. Once again many thanks.
Best Wishes,
Di

Dear Made Easy Tours
Having just received your latest newsletter with mention of the India/Nepal tour, I was inspired to write and tell you of the amazing adventure I had on the 2006/07 trip.
India is certainly a vibrant, colourful and friendly place, with such a rich history and spirituality. It is like nothing you’ve ever experienced before, yet you feel at home almost as soon as you arrive. You easily slip into ‘India time’ and find yourself using local sayings as frequently as you use G’day!
As a teacher of history, I was in sensory overload as we explored Delhi, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Varanasi, Agra and Kathmandu.
While the entire trip was amazing, the highlight for me was the boat ride on the Ganges River. To be witness to such a sacred, spiritual, cultural, social and historical event such as the bathing at sunrise on the river that is the lifeblood of civilisation, I will never forget.
Of course add to that going to a Bollywood film; riding an Elephant and petting a Monkey; visiting an Untouchables village on the safari in Jodhpur, dancing with performers in Jaipur; flying over Mt Everest and ‘trekking’ through the Himalayan foothills – not to mention the food.
I would like to say thank you to our guide Neil, who did a wonderful job of directing us through winding streets, hundreds of shops, scary Nepalese customs and quite a few train rides without once losing his cool!
The India and Nepal trip is such a great opportunity for travellers to experience something completely different.
Yours faithfully,
Melanie

Dear Janice
You know it has taken this long to get over the tremendous holiday. I enjoyed every minute of it although, at times, I thought I would not make it. All our party were great and really helped one another. When I sat down in the Synagogue one of the brothers from Bundaberg helped me up off the floor. My room mate Val was very good and we got on well.
I learnt a lot on that tour for which I thank you and I never got around to thanking Howard so if you see him I would appreciate if you would thank him for me.
Everyone likes the photos I took and seem alarmed at all the steps I climbed. The cruise was the best of all and we missed all the unrest that is going on now.
Once again, I thank you and wish you all the best for the rest of the year.
With love, Clara.

Dear John
Before the day by day distractions of every day life dulls the shine of our Egypt – Jordan Adventure, I would like to sincerely thank you on behalf of both Suzi and myself, for having organised and directed what was a memorable and most enjoyable travel tour for us. Fortunately, the roll of the dice also favoured us in providing such a nice bunch of happy, non-whinging people that made up the tour group.
It is seldom that one experiences an adverse incident free three weeks while travelling overseas, but you achieved just that for us for twelve of those days on your April 2004 Egypt – Jordan Antiquities Tour. It is nice to now look back and consider that every aspect of our trip far exceeded our expectations.
Thank you for a great trip. We will certainly be recommending Made Easy Tours to our friends and will mention to the Minister for Tourism, Joe Hockey, what a great job you are doing in promoting Oz in the Middle East.
Please give our best regards to Janice and enclose photograph from the Farewell Dinner on 10th May.
Sincerely, John and Suzanne

Bonjour John and Janice
I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for the recent weeks in the five countries we visited. Despite the, sometimes, inclement weather, I totally enjoyed the entire experience and count it as way up there on the list of pleasant memories. But then, all holidays with “Made Easy Tours – “Bringing Australians to the World” are unforgettable.
So many places spring to mind that it is quite difficult to name a favourite. Should it be the cedar forest in Lebanon; the many Crusader castles; the magnificent sun-set viewed from high on a mountain; the family of cats living in rubbish near the Greek Church in Ma’alula (they seemed to cope!); the Ksara winery; huge Beirut (where we saw a cleaner actually dusting traffic lights with a feather duster!); the pretty sea-side Byblos; many Mosques; Roman theatres (I was astounded to find the voice all around when speaking!); Golan Heights; Mt Nebo; Dead Sea (guess I’ll have to return sometime for a swim); always magnificent mountains; Petra Treasury (those Desert Police wear their khaki skirts with aplomb!); Lawrence of Arabia country and Wadi Rum (yay!); bargains to be had in Aqaba; the huge ferry across the Red Sea (no it’s a beautiful blue); the diamond afternoon at the Suez Canal (so peaceful and refreshing); entering the tunnel under the canal in Asia and exiting in Africa (WOW!!); Mt. Sinai, busy, grubby but delightful Cairo – so much crammed into just three days. No, it’s an impossible task – they all, and many more, rate a 10!
All accommodation places were great and Gabrielle the perfect room-mate.
I must congratulate you, John, on your expertise in keeping the group free from friction of any kind – not always easy with so many personalities, but it was so.
This goes with my grateful thanks.
Your friend, Jan

Margaret and I would like to thank both you and Janet so much for all your help and organisation on the Morocco tour. Leading and co-ordinating a group when on the road is unremittingly constant, always with an eye on the next day or even the next stop, then contending with the unexpected contingency – it’s not easy!
We both enjoyed the trip enormously and found the history and antiquity most rewarding – a truly fascinating country in an interesting part of the world. Also, thank you for arranging things at the back end with the later flights home from Madrid. It was all greatly appreciated.
Once again, our thanks to you both for making the trip such a pleasure.
Our best wishes to you and Janet for Christmas and the New year.

Just a note to thank you for a very good trip, interesting and different. You shared me with Ron, worked out really well. He was a sensible and likeable block and I was glad of his company. I would be happy to share with him again.
Also thanks to your two lovely leaders, Martine and Janet. They did a real good job and knew everything, and looked after me so I did not get lost in huge confusing airports or anywhere. And they were so good and helpful when I got sick, looked after me and were very kind, so I was very pleased with them.

Dear John and Janice
Sharyn and I recently visited Egypt and Turkey. Our tour was arranged through Made Easy Tours. We were met by Sibar a very helpful gentleman who guided us through Customs and out of the airport. Before we knew it we were booked on a tour that afternoon and a dinner cruise on the Nile that evening. Both of which we enjoyed immensely. Our private guide, Tarak, and driver, Mustafa, looked after us for the next two days taking us around Cairo and the pyramids. These gentlemen were very professional, polite, helpful and friendly during our stay in Egypt.
In Turkey our guide was Mustafa, our driver, Memo and his offsider, Tourgai. There were 18 of us in a 45 seater bus, how great is that!!! We had the most wonderful time. This was the Glories of Turkey Tour. The people we met were just so friendly and down to earth, some of whom we have corresponded with since our return home. Mustafa went out of his way to accommodate our wishes and organised a private tour for us at the end of the tour so we could revisit Gallipoli and Cape Helles.
We thought we were going to have to do this part of the tour ourselves, but not so. Mustafa took care of everything. Our driver, Memo, was a very safety conscious gentleman and was an excellent driver. Tourgai makes the best coffee in Turkey and assisted us in every way possible.
All in all we had the best holiday ever. We believe this is due to the excellent organising skills of Juliana and Danielle in your office, and the wonderful staff in Egypt and Turkey.
We thank you for such a pleasurable holiday and have no hesitation in recommending your company to others.
Kindest regards, Chris and Sharyn

Hello Janice
Just a short note about my father and myself. We had an interesting and exciting time on the Made Easy Tours of Turkey. Our Escort Sue made our tour a delight to be on. What a treasure and an asset to the Tour. I am sure everyone else on the tour would agree with me.
The room parties that were on most nights was a great idea as we all got to know one another well. By the end of the tour it was sad to say goodbye. As we had become like a big family.
I know as a business person that at times we only ever hear from the public as to when they are not happy about something. I would like to change that this time and tell you how we had a great time. And to mention that with your help and Sue’s to find our Uncle’s grave at Lone Pine. This being the highlight of the Tour for my father when we found it. ANZAC Day all I can say is Wow!! It is just such a moving experience.
Keep up the good work.

Dear Penny
Both Shirley and I would just like to thank you very much for the work you put into planning our holiday in Turkey and Dubai.
We were both quite surprised at the sophistication of Istanbul, and of course the history is just mind-blowing. All the local Turkish people were friendly, and we had absolutely no trouble at any stage of our trip.
Our guide, Bitsy, was just fantastic, and is a real find. Her knowledge of the history was fantastic, and the way she presented it and managed the four of us, with regards to our requests, and the discussions regarding local politics, history and all those sorts of things, were just fantastic. She would be an asset to any tour company.
Could you please pass on our thanks to your Turkey operator and to Bitsy herself, via the company.
We have both now recovered from our jet lag, and look forward to the next time we can have you organise a trip for us.
Many thanks to you, and to all the staff at Made Easy Tours.

Dear John and Janice
Finally I have time to thank you for the most fantastic tour we did with John with this year’s Anzac Tour, Splendours of Turkey in April. You certainly “Made it Easy” for us to enjoy this trip. Your organisational skills and Neddy’s excellence as a guide was second to none.
John, you looked after Adrian and me so well that we almost switched our brains off because when we had to “fend for ourselves” throughout the rest of our European trip it came as a shock to us just how much organisation there is just to have food and shelter each night.
When we left you in Istanbul we went on to Greece and did a “Highlights” tour there for 5 days, but that tour was no where as organised or informative as yours was. Your personal touch to our happy group made our Turkey tour so great.
But getting back to your trip of Splendours of Turkey this year, we have to commend you for a wonderful trip and such personalised care.
Kind Regards, Linda and Adrian

Hi Janice. We're back to reality with a huge shock and just want to say many thanks for all your efforts in assisting us with our holiday to Vietnam. Everything went off perfectly and we really appreciate all your suggestions and advice which helped make the trip a memorable one.

Thanks again and we'll certainly be in touch when we plan hollies to any of your preferred destinations.

I hope 2005 will be a great year for you and your family. May you travel safely.

VIETNAM
Dear Janice,
Re: Feedback from Flight Centre
Thank-you for arranging several tours for us during our recent holiday in Vietnam, we would like you to know that we had a wonderful time.
We found that all of these tours were excellent. The guides were welcoming, very well informed on the history and culture of their country and were genuinely proud of their history. Most had a wonderful sense of humour and we enjoyed many laughs together.
The guide who picked us up in Hoi An and drove us to Hue and then My Son even sang to us in Vietnamese and recited poems, first in Vietnamese and then translated them into English. The drivers were all careful, courteous and got us safely from A – B in sometimes bizarre city traffic conditions and rather primitive rural conditions, as you would appreciate.
Your recommended tailor in Hoi An, Phuong, was an absolute gem. She is not only fluent in English but also French and is an expert in her trade. Phuong was friendly, courteous, efficient and produced excellent garments (tailored pants, suits, shirts and sleeveless jackets) within two days. The price for these clothes was extremely reasonable and the standard of work was superb. As you know, she has recently changed address to a street in town and we encouraged her to make sure she sent the details to you so that you could print new brochures for clients.
Made Easy brochures are far more informative and interesting than those of your larger rival companies and you delivered exactly what you described, well thought out, interesting, varied and rich cultural experiences in a safe touring environment.
You have obviously spent the necessary time to personally research your in-country links as the tour companies and Phuong were especially keen to please us, and hopeful that we would give you feedback.
Thanks again Janice, your in-country Vietnamese providers are hard working, friendly, professional and have a “can do” approach to their jobs. We would recommend Made Easy to anybody planning an Asian trip or Middle Eastern trip.
Yours sincerely,
Pat, Sue, Bronwyn and Anne

Just a note to thank you for the marvellous trip. It was everything I expected and more. Helen was envious. Howard looked after me very well and everyone couldn’t have been more kind. I have wanted to go to Vietnam for years so finally have made it.

Hello Janice and Danielle
Mary and I would like to thank you both very sincerely for the super well organised trip that you did for us. We had such a wonderful time, everything went well, the drivers and guides were terrific; the guides particularly well educated and very interesting, the drivers were safe even though we dubbed our Saigon driver “Nigel” as in Nigel Mansell the racing car driver, the accommodation was very good and on most occasions exceeded our expectations and most importantly there was always someone to meet us at our new destination.
We must admit a big case of culture shock when we hit Hanoi, the traffic, noise, heat, tooting of horns, excitement in crossing roads but we enjoyed every minute of it.
We have the email addresses of our three guides in Vietnam so we are sending off emails to each of them tonight to again thank them for their contribution to us having such a wonderful and well informed time.
I guess we as tourists had some trepidation that some part of the trip would be stuffed up but that was not the case with us. We were always met at the airport, the guide and driver were always on time, they did anything we asked of them and they were always interested in some Aussie expressions.
We hope to get to India at some stage and will certainly ask you to organise that trip for us. Also our friends who are planning to visit Vietnam have been told just to go straight to you.
Thanks again for a wonderfully organised trip with so many unforgettable experiences.
Cheers, Neville and Mary, RED HILL, QLD
