Depart on your International Flight to Venice. |
Arrive in Venice and meet our English speaking guide. Transfer by boat along the canals to our hotel. Later we will enjoy a private gondola serenade and dinner at a local Venice restaurant. (D) |

DAY 3: Wednesday 10 |
VENICE |
Morning walking tour of Venice including St Mark’s Square & Basilica and the Doge’s Palace followed by lunch in a local restaurant. Today we sail across the lagoon for a private boat tour to Murano and Burano islands, famous for their glasswork and lace. (B, L) |

DAY 4: Thursday 11 |
VENICE |

Today is at leisure. This evening we will attend a Vivaldi Concert. (B) |

Leave Venice for Milan stopping in Verona (the city of Romeo and Juliet) en-route. Afternoon city tour of Milan visiting the Duomo and church of Santa Maria delle Grazie where we see the ‘Last Supper’ of Leonardo da Vinci. (B, D) |

Today we tour the Lake Como area and enjoy a boat cruise on beautiful Lake Como. This afternoon we have the option to visit Lake Lugano, Switzerland. (B, L) |

City tour of Milan including a visit to the Castello Sforzesco, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and La Scala Opera House. Afternoon at leisure. (B) |

Leave Milan and drive to the magnificent Cinque Terre for a full day guided tour of this rugged coastline and its five picturesque villages. (B, D) |

DAY 9: Tuesday 16 |
FLORENCE |

Drive to Florence stopping to visit Pisa with its Leaning Tower, and the walled city of Lucca, en-route. This afternoon we will enjoy a wine tasting in the Tuscan hills. Dinner at a local Florence restaurant. (B, D) |

DAY 10: Wednesday 17 |
FLORENCE |

Walking tour of Florence including the Duomo (Cathedral), Ponte Vecchio and a special tour of the Academia Gallery to see "David”. Afternoon at leisure to explore Florence or visit other galleries and museums. (B) |
Today we tour the beautiful town of Siena in the heart of Tuscany and later participate in a cooking class. (B, L) |

DAY 12: Friday 19 |
FLORENCE |

Morning tour to San Gimignano, a World Heritage Listed Tuscan town famous for its tall towers. Afternoon at leisure in Florence. (B) |

DAY 13: Saturday 20 |
SORRENTO |

Leave Florence and drive to Assisi (birthplace of St Francis) in Umbria where we have a guided tour. Continue to the Amalfi Coast and our hotel in Sorrento. (B, D) |

Full day excursion to the Isle of Capri including a visit to the famous Blue Grotto (weather permitting). (B, L) |

DAY 15: Monday 22 |
SORRENTO |

Today we tour the Amalfi Coast. Drive to the coastal village of Positano and take a boat trip to Amalfi. Visit Amalfi and Ravello (seeing Villa Rufolo and Amalfi Cloister). (B, D) |

Leave Sorrento for Pompeii and a guided tour of the site. We then visit Naples for a panoramic tour before continuing to Rome. (B, L) |

Full Day Tour of Rome including a guided tour of the Colosseum, guided walk of the Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona and more. (B) |

This morning we tour the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter’s Basilica, and Papal Tombs. Afternoon at leisure. Farewell Dinner at a local restaurant. (B, D) |

Free time today to further explore Rome before our transfer to the airport for our flight home. (B) |
